These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the earthlightcinema.com website (“the Site”), operated by Earthlight Limited (CRN 794918), a company registered in Ireland. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is provided for personal, informational and non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any unlawful or fraudulent manner;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or related infrastructure;
• introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the Site’s operation;
• scrape, harvest, mine or systematically extract content without our prior written consent.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, code and the “Earthlight” name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Earthlight Limited and is protected by Irish, EU and international copyright and trademark law.

You may view, download and print pages for personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all proprietary notices intact. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

Earthlight accepts script and project submissions only through our designated submission channel (currently the “Submit a Script” link). Unsolicited submissions sent by other means will not be reviewed and will be deleted.

By making a submission, you confirm that you are the author (or authorised representative of the author) and that the material does not infringe any third-party rights. You retain all rights in your work; submission does not create any employment, partnership or contractual relationship and does not entitle you to any payment unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Earthlight may independently develop projects similar in theme, setting or character to submitted material. Submission of a project shall not preclude such independent development.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Earthlight. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party site. Linking does not constitute endorsement.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Earthlight excludes all warranties, conditions and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.

Earthlight will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site.

We may revise these Terms at any time by amending this page. The “Last updated” date in the sidebar reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
